Thank you for supporting Bryn Roff Fine Art. By purchasing artwork, prints, home goods, merchandise, or commissioning a custom piece through this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Artwork & Original Paintings

All original paintings and artwork created by Bryn Roff are original, handmade works of art. Because each piece is individually created, slight variations in color, texture, brushwork, and finish are a natural part of the artwork and should not be considered defects.

Original artwork is subject to availability. Once an original piece has been purchased, the sale is considered final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Prints & Reproductions

Prints and reproductions are made from original artwork by Bryn Roff. Colors and appearance may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to differences in monitors, lighting, and printing processes.

All print purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

Home Goods & Merchandise

Home goods and merchandise are produced in limited quantities and/or made using third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partners when applicable. Minor variations in color, placement, texture, or finish may occur.

Merchandise may only be returned or exchanged when a different size is needed, where applicable. Approved returns for a different size will be issued store credit only. Customers are responsible for any applicable return shipping costs.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Sale, custom, personalized, or otherwise designated final-sale merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange.

Commissions

Commissioned artwork is custom-created specifically for the client. A non-refundable deposit is required to begin a commission. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the commissioned artwork.

Because commissioned artwork requires dedicated time, materials, and creative planning, deposits cannot be refunded if a client cancels the commission after work has begun.

The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or shipment of the completed artwork unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Commission timelines may vary depending on the size, complexity, and current workload of the artist. Estimated completion dates will be communicated to the client before or during the commission process and may be subject to change.

Because commissioned artwork is created specifically for the client, completed commissions are considered final sale and non-refundable, except in the case of damage occurring during shipment.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. During busy seasons, launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take up to one week.

Customers will receive shipping information and tracking when available. Bryn Roff Fine Art is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of the artist's control.

For original artwork and other larger or specialty pieces, shipping arrangements may differ and will be communicated to the customer directly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your artwork or product arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Bryn Roff Fine Art as soon as possible with photographs of the item and packaging.

Each situation will be reviewed individually, and appropriate steps will be taken to resolve verified shipping damage or fulfillment errors.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already entered processing, production, or shipment. Custom and commissioned artwork cannot be canceled once work has begun, and commission deposits remain non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, paintings, designs, photographs, illustrations, and other creative content displayed on this website are the property of Bryn Roff Fine Art unless otherwise stated. Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, altered, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Purchasing an original artwork or print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the purchaser. Copyright remains with the artist.

Website & Product Information

Bryn Roff Fine Art makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, pricing, and other information on this website are accurate. However, slight differences in color, scale, texture, and appearance may occur between photographs shown online and the physical product.

Bryn Roff Fine Art reserves the right to correct errors, update product information, modify pricing, and discontinue products at any time.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or submitting a commission request through this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Bryn Roff Fine Art reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as the business and its policies evolve. Any changes will be posted on this website.
